Yes I know that. What I am saying is that they uploaded something that was done back in october 26 2011. This drawing is not something new, it is not something that came out as a result of the final PFS. Preliminary prints are used to represent an idea (in construction). Once the prints are done right they go for a "final" submittal, after the "final" submittal is approved they become "shop drawings" used for actual construction.
