Every transaction has a buyer and a seller. Yes, the seller believes it is in his/her best interest to sell at this time/price. At the same time, there is a buyer who believes that he will make money at this price and that is is worth the risk.

I bought shares in the mid-teens. I also bought shares at today's prices, and averaged down - I have decades of experience in airline operations and FAA certification and I clearly believe that this company will get operating, or I would not have invested heavily.

I do not know that the "PR" of last week was even a Baltia effort. Baltia is wise to not make predictions about events that they do not have complete control over.

How long should you hang in here? Only you can say. Each of us determines our own risk aversion, and only answer to ourselves - not anyone here. Good luck to you - here, and elsewhere.
