This pension artical sounds exactly like my late father trying to explain to me, some 40 years ago, that these (1970s) sob government burocrats, were promising more than could EVER be delivered......easy to promise, hard, and now impossible, to actually do....hence my near 10x larger hdge investment over next largest position.....
