I don't know. But neither do you. You say Danny sold his shares which would be classified as illegal because there was no form ever filed. I say a more likely possibility is that Danny simply transferred his shares in some fashion to help finance the company in some way. A way to avoid further dilution. Also a way that does not have to be reported or conjured up and insinuated as illegal.
