ATTENTION ETRADE SHAREHOLDERS!!!! I have done some digging and have some useful information regarding the name change share transfer for DIDG.

I called Digital Development Group and spoke to Brad in investor relations; his # is 1-800-783-3128. He told me that all the shares have been released to the transfer agent. The transfer agent is Action Stock Transfer located in Salt Lake City, UT and their number is 1-801-274-1088. When I spoke to them they said that they have released all the shares to every brokerage firm accept etrade because etrade did not sign up for electronic transfer of their shares while every other brokerage firm had. Manual transfer takes 4-6 weeks and as of today they have not received any of the old RSRS shares from etrade!!! I then called etrade corporate actions and spoke to Ryan Ogden who is the supervisor in the Atlanta, GA office. This man knows nothing about the situation and said that he would get back to me later today because he doesn't know which etrade office is holding the shares. I will keep everyone posted on the situation and hope that you utilize the information that I have given.

Lastly, I am considering litigation against etrade. Does anyone know a firm that might want to handle a class action suit; I am very pissed at etrade at this point as well as you should be if you are holding shares with them.
