again you have not asked questions from the company prior to posting your uninformed opinions.
When I read you post I called IR and the office of TECO.I received a response today.
First Treaty was not required to wire line the first two wells.The GOB allowed this initially to help Treaty out.
After the unfortunate incident where TECO posted a release prior to GOB approval the GOB insisted on the wells being wire lined so TECO was unprepared to do the Wire line.
TECO did get quotes for wire lining the wells from other sources and they were so high that the decision was made to acquire equipment of there own which at the rate quoted per well by other vendors the equipment would pay for itself over the first three wells.
Finally at the time of drilling there were no wire line trucks in the country or immediately available.
Lastly TECO said they have been asked to wire line for others in the future.Another potential source of income.
