I'll be very frank and say it will not be effective as long as he thinks mags is gaining "acceptance", because he attributes that to his efforts. In other words, unless BOTH are ignored, it will not work.

I won't ignore magcrest - I have no issue with her. I have tried to stay civil with both of you and refuse to "choose" one over the other.

I also disagree with your assessment of pj. I very rarely agree with what she has to say, but respect her. I have no problem with her at PI.
