X2 is ~75% bigger than eg. Venice. In addition, the X2 die size seems outside of what AMD usually calls their production
sweet spot. I´m wondering if it´s a viable option for AMD to really ramp X2 on 90nm.

But ASP is 3x to 4x, so it is certainly viable.

BTW, even with ASP of $150 to $200, it would still extremely profitable.
