i've pounded the table since august 2011
that what ensured JBI's (co.s) survival
was the 8k JBI filed re: rock tenn on 8/4/11

on the OTC a co. and their stock are prey
until events dictate otherwise .. longs own
one of the *rare* ones

as always kudos to JB and the entire JBI team

that is why *wise* mgmts' consult with those who know the drill
of the street .. well

that is why the most recent hire of the co.s CFO was illuminating
to me

again it won't surprise me if mgmt goes the route of what other co.s
do upon uplist >> and that is transition current ceo to CTO and
bring in a well seasoned (read street savvy) ceo <team> ..

tho' imo JB
is as aware a ceo at this level that i've ever observed
(that would be the poorly watched OTC)

it's due to that awareness the JBI not only survived >> but with
permit issued by NYDEC re: the 3 *modified procs* >> co. goes CFP
and *thrives*
