The company has not provided a shred of information that its current prospects are any different from the past, therefore any run-up in share price is excellent opportunity for rational investors to sell shares before they become worthless.

Instead of addressing the lies and head-fakes of a sociopathic CEO, some willfully deaf and blind investors think that attacking critics will somehow add to value. I am sorry to disappoint this crowd, but they are as completely wrong about Hal Wolfe as they are about their unshakable belief in Herzog. Shifting blame to others is common defensive mechanism for people who can't deal with the truth. Rather than addressing the underlying problem, these people heap blame on bystanders and others who have little role with the company. The company's issue is the complete lack of assets, revenues, reliable disclosure and business plan -- and failure to deal honestly with reality won't change this.
