Just spoke to IR on DCTG

-Filing out Monday/Tuesday on Edgar

-Look for the deal on UMDN to close next week

-UMDN has 150,000 members and a mail out is going out to all those members to announce that DCTG has aquired them. That could bring in some more interest.

-working on other deals/acquisitions

I asked about the raising of much needed capital, he said he is not concerned at all about that issue.

Sounding good from where I sit.
