Yep, nice conversion of debt to shares for this lucky stockholder - At the March 20, 2012 Board of Directors and Shareholders meeting, with Mr. Williams as the independent director, the majority present authorized long-term debt holder of the Company to convert up to a maximum of $100,000 into common shares at $0.02 per share.

Nice timmng too.
