Exactly what I have have said. It is up to Megas to be pro-active and contact all the brokers and market makers. I don't know how he can force them to cover. The transfer agent has nothing to do with it unless share are issued in the street name. Who is going to force the market makers and brokers to cover? Even if they all shut down on BCIT. That is the key question.
