My original thought was that his holding LNET shares might pose a conflict in investing in TIVU given that LNET is about to do major business with TIVU.

I don't know how these things work. Does that sound plausible?

I mean suppose that his firm is about to invest in a company that has nothing to do with LNET... Why, if that is the case, would he need to get rid of his LNET shares?

What -- in my utter lack of understanding of these sorts of things -- I'm imagining is that there might be some prohibition of "playing both sides of the fence."

What do you think? I'm a rookie. I know nothing. Just trying to make sense of those LNET announcements in conjunction with Truckenmiller's arrival at TIVU.
