No they are not, they have not filed anything with the SEC EVER! Nor have they filed with the OTC either or with any State, it is void of any contact period.

The shells suspended today have not had activity for years and were susceptible to fraud by hijacking or pump and dumps. These are the first in the many of such suspensions here in the OTC.
