Not misleading just do not want new forum member to consider your side and not consider my speculation that 1worldspace is alive and well. Thus, the reason why the bankruptcy judge has not ruled that 1worldspace is no longer a viable company. There is no need to post any links unless you have a link from Delaware Federal Bankruptcy Judge saying in fact that 1worldspace did not reorganize according to Federal Bankruptcy Law. And in case you didn't notice WRSPQ is still trading. Is that in itself not proof enough? Hold hold hold your WRSPQ stock!
