AC, it has only been 5 working days since you placed your order.
I also ordered litter a while back and it took about a week and a half to receive it. When I complained that it had not been delivered the CEO personally emailed me and offered to compensate me if in fact the order had not been delivered. As it turned out the order did ship and was recieved in a timely fashion prior to my contact with the CEO (T Algiers), only the person I sent it to forgot to tell me it had arrived. Also, there web service seller did not update the account properly to indicte the order had been shipped which is what caused all the confusion.

So in short, there is no scam (at least where the litter is concerned, it is the only confirmation I can personally give in that regard). I cannot attest to the litter yet as I have had no feedback.
