I highly doubt it is dilution. With Shuman on board, they know the price will be in the pennies in no time. Wouldn't make sense to dilute at this level. This my friend is shorters scared $hitle$$ and a few swing traders taking profits...

Once the gaps fill in the low 30's, we are off to the races. Mark this post!!

Remember people to only play with the money your wife/husband/significant other/imaginary friend won't disembowel you for should you lose everything if your stock goes the way of the dodo!
