The water problem is the largest issue facing this company, and if it were completely resolved and production was flowing well, we would see much much more than a double from here. Everybody and their mother would be buying and shorts would be forced to cover. Get the elephant (water issues) to leave the room for good and IMO .08++ comes fast.
