Now you are addressing a post by from Ms. Cheryl Shuman herself. You really don't think that she has done all the DD necessary to put her name behind the company. Really. I'm quite sure that someone in her position, with her money and influence, did her homework first.

Well then if all this great DD has been done on RFMK I would welcome her opinion on:

1. Concern of future RFMK dilution based on the recent track record since February 2012?

2. Prior track record and performance of the current RFMK Management?

3. Why not provide an outright financial commitment to RFMK rather than a "First Look" strategic alliance. Just exactly what does that mean?

4. Concern regarding no audit process in place - a mention that RFMK will look into become a fully reporting company but since no follow-up.

5. The DTC "Big Chill" handed to RFMK in February 2012

6. A lastly of all the other cannabis companies that are so much further down the road in development, more upfront and clearer on stated objectives and actions with investors and shareholders, have a product completed or further down the road......why RFMK??
