$1M for a 5% stake puts the value of this company based on what these big investors believe it is worth at $40M minimum. I am sure it is at least double that or they would not have invested such a large sum of money. Let's even assume they just want a 25% return on their investment. That puts the value at $50M. That would mean the PPS should be around 17 cents.
