Most of the MODS did not buy...yes one alert went out followed by another 4 minutes later plainly stating unconfirmed aka trade at risk...PPS was in the 40s at the time...it still went to .59 that day...board clearly discussing confirmation was not in evidence...Ken clearly stated he was selling and did not feel safe holding overnight ... long before market close. I thought they handled it well.
