Very interesting Brad.......this scenario would explain a lot as to significant long & short interest of hedge funds personel, participates from Canada, and UK as well as offshore.
Also would explain sec, finra and transfer agent historical actions of personel over the years........Upper managemnent may have known all along, "using as a Ace in the hole," so to speack..........."Everyone" knew except the public investor.......what a tangled wed? Good Luck...and if successful count 10% of our shares yours also....which is a significant amount......
