He is currently taking care of other pending lawsuits (one in Texas). He seemed a bit upset about Standard Drilling, Inc. since he cannot pursue negotiations with a private company and won't be (anytime soon) since STDR has been fighting the same case for the past 5 years. According to Rector, the company is still underwater.

My opinion is that he is saying this because he hasn't received the settlements in their entirety. I said I'd be able to help him enter into negotiations with a multi $MM private company I know but he informed me that he could not act until STDR is healthy again. Before we ended the call, he gave me his email.

I feel as if he is trying to clean things up to make way for a reverse merger in the future. Just give it some time.
