What happens to the share prices?

i also think it'd be a win-win and a good investment, but I'm really confused about what might happen to the stocks. Dumb question time: If this goes through, both HBRM and CHRI stocks wouldn't both exist, would they?

I've heard everythitng from buyout (where HBRM gets screwed) to a reverse split merger (great for both). I'd certainly like to hear what likely could and could not happen.
