I don't know whether Knabb sang or not. PGSW always seemed to me to be a two-man operation, not really involving anyone but Knabb and Durland. If there's more to the story, it hasn't been publicized.

And of course the judge would know about any deal to name names. So, I assume, would the probation officer.

Wow. A case in which the prosecutor was on the board of the company?? And he didn't recuse himself? No one asked or told him to??
