There will be a M&A IF TIVUS' AD INSERTION IS MAKING ENOUGH MONEY. Remember that Host forced Tivus out of their business model by making them install $2 million in installation costs (a huge bit of our dilution) because they obvious were not convinced the ad insertion would repay them for the system in a timely fashion. I think that whatever "contract" we have with Host will reflect some standard of ad insertion revenue that has to be met before their are any other hotels in their stable listed as Tivus hotels. The problem with that is, of course, that ad rates go up with more and more hotel rooms and bigger and bigger ad companies signing up with Tivus for their ad insertion system. It's a snowball effect, but whether or not Host will ever get this remains to be seen.
So, I think that Tivus has to get more rooms outside of Host to prove their ad insertion worth, and other hotels will want to know why Host hasn't penned a deal with Tivus IF the system is so hot! In this a real catch 22. GLTA. R3
