So on March 13th a Majority of the board voted to approve the divesture of the assets of asyi. On the 15th James beatty resigned his position. Now.... James is Back..... Must mean they are debt free.... Thats my opinion. This guy has clout and money. I was looking at their most recent filing and I love that this is a company that has not diluted the hell out of stock or done any reverse splits... We are in business me thinks!
