No, it hasn't changed. Neither KATX nor BVIG has still never mined anything, nor are they likely to, IMO, other than people's pockets.

Noble is another company, and another topic. When Noble inks some sort of deal with Cheech and Chong (Ken and Tim), maybe Noble will be on topic, like Vale used to be.
