There's just something about the way this has been unfolding that suggests a bungled strategy to me.

Unusually, the shell has now changed hands TWICE: first from Pamela Tesluck to Mackie Barch, and now from Barch to Melvin Swanson. That doesn't fit the pattern; usually the second owner stays on board.

And normally the promo begins on the first day of trading, as does a flood of press releases.

Finally, a clean fully-reporting shell can fetch $400,000. Why sell this one for a measly $25,000?
