DTCC Global Lock of AFPW????

I bought some AFPW a few months ago and just thought about buying more. I attempted order and got this response back from Ameritrade:

I show this security has been designated as a "global lock" by the Depository Trust Clearing Corporation (DTCC). When an issue is designated as global lock at DTCC it is not eligible for deliver, transfer, or withdrawal which prohibits a clearing firms¿ ability to settle any movement of positions including trades. You will be unable to trade this security, including any sell orders, for the time being. No further information, including a possible release, has been provided by the DTCC. You may wish to address this issue with the investor services contact through the company itself. I appreciate your understanding.

Geeez, did I buy another SCAM penny stock!!??? Why is nobody talking about this on the board as Ameritrade is one of largest on-line brokers?
