Well I was probably less than clear, but that's not precisely what I was imagining might be happening, insofar as the way that you state it seems to reverse the order of causation. I'm not suggesting the possibility that that he resigned so that he could dump his shares... Rather I was suggesting that perhaps he must dump his shares in light of what it is he is resigning in order to do.

If he's intending to either come on board with, or play an integral role in the financing of, Tivus, by way of a move that is obviously designed to bolster LNET (i.e. bringing on Tivu-technology to better their product) then perhaps there is some insider-ish type ethical consideration that needs to be minded there. He is, after all, a huge LNET shareholder. Or rather, was.

But again, I can't pinpoint precisely what the conflict would consist in. I'm not too familiar with this world. That's why I only offered the thought tentatively and asked what others thought.

It just seems to me like there is potential there for the sort of conflict that you frequently here of in the world of publicly owned companies. Obviously, I might be quite wrong.

But I will just say this again, it is extremely difficult for me to read that LNET PR and not have my inner-voice screaming "TIVUS." I mean just read it, both paragraphs, Kaiser's and mine.... and Jsteel's excerpt from the Q1 the other day.

It just screams...
