Your shares were renamed. They were renamed BIH Corporation with the symbol BIHC. You don't own shares in a company called Prime Restaurants. Your shares of BIHC are worthless and always will be. The Prime restaurants acquired by Fairfax is a completely different company that only traded on the Toronto stock exchange
