What mineral resource assets did Noble have before it acquired the Bibiani ?

Anyser is none, it was simply a Explorer

How then did Noble get the funding to open the Bibiani?

Or better yet what collateral did it have?

Anyser is other than the Bibiani itself I can find none

The historic data that Ashanti and others did is the only collateral Noble had (that I can find)

The Noble resource then I believe was a bit over 2 Billion yet it received 40-60 million in funding.

The data Noble got when it acquired the Bibiani was JORC compliant.

Kat says it has a resource of just under half a billion

Kat is looking for (or may have) 7 million, based on a resource of half a billion

Based on the resource numbers between Kat and Noble
I believe Kat is looking for a much less % of the resource in funding
