Shorting happens, significant naked shorts doesn't happen in every stock. Nobody has been able to provide any proof either way to whether there is or is not a significant short in Sarissa, the only way will ever know if once they spin one of the companies if the volume is uncharatically high, which still won't be proof only a indicator.
Not everything in the markets is a big conspiracy. Folks like JP Chase lose sometimes too. If it was all a conspiracy wouldn't they just avoid that?
