It seems the meaning of a "first look" contract has been ignored.... It is an option to look at RFMK and products as they come to fruition. ? Usually it applies to scripts for movies or TV shows, never seen it used for products before. Anyway it is not a commitment, maybe Tom will share the actual contract with shareholders so they can see exactly what a global "first look" alliance is. IMO
