The question is, how much will the criminal conviction of Musclepharm president really effect operations? The fact that he was convicted of selling supplements spiked with steroids does not reflect good.

They are trying to build an image of producing supplements free of band substances and then their president gets convicted of selling steroids - banned substances. Not good.

He should probably resign. Or better yet be forced to resign.

I wonder if this will be addressed in the 10Q?
