GIVN falls 6% on the week due to lackluster earnings report

The main reason for the lackluster earnings is a very weak quarter in Japan cause they changed to direct marketing there (had a distributor before). EU was slightly low but US sales are growing nicely. No change in guidance for 2012. They still have a bit more than $100M in cash. PillCamCOLON2 trial should end next month with filing by year end.
