If the sec imposes an open market buy back than Ameritrade would have to lift the restriction. I am P!SSED now.. no way should Amertrade allow this. They WILL be paying me the HIGHEST pps within their restriction timeline.. if it recedes between now and then.

This is TOTAL BS!!!!!!!!!
