yes well, the investment announcement, cancer treatment, and facilities are all just from this year
I haven't been in this so long, but I understand the cynicism and frustration the real longs must feel, but I feel like the news coming out more recently is bigger than anything in the last 2 years

and right now this looks like its being forced down, tuesday is proof that this is just itching to run
