Subjective? LOL Now that is funny. Please, lets all be objective
SGCP. That would be a nice change.

1) massive dilution
2) president left due to bad business plan. Or why else leave? With such huge potential according to "objective" reasoning.
3) very cloudy JV agreement with ex president
4) no proven agreements (ie leases, concessions..) with anyone in SL
5) no proven documentation that they are even doing business in SL besides posters with no credentials.
6) I could go on all day
