Hey "Dad"! All we need to know is that when the RPC Gov't. speaks, the people obey! I know that's being facetious but probably true. Another point to consider is the cost of health care. The health of the majority of Chinese is appalling, so if the gov't is seen to be helping that issue by providing cheaper drugs, then thier popularity, wether deserved or not, is enhanced, and the regime, marches on and on and on!!! Only my view!
