It is unfortunate that MDGC may miss another self imposed deadline.

Regarding Soros, you can decide what you want. He continue to be very involved in telecom with his investment group. I would love to have his eyes on MediaG3 as they once were on Wytec.

The initial equity investments in Wytec were made by the founders and by their friends and families. Subsequent equity positions in Wytec have been taken by:
•The A & E Group of Companies in New York: A&E International, Incorporated and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Fil-Fibers Manufacturing, Incorporated, Limited and AE Telecom Limited.
•The Chatterjee Group (an affiliate of the Soros Fund Management firm) in New York. The Chatterjee Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and investment funds under management, including Strategic Investment Partners Limited, S-C Phoenix Holdings, LLC, Winston Partners II, LLC and Winston Partners II, LDC.
