No offense taken buddy. But lets consider that you can look at Brav in so many different ways; all of them valid points because it all depends on your background, experience, and intentions owning this stock.
For example, I believe Brav is a huge success. It sells leggings; so type leggings in Google, MSN, and Yahoo and you will find the BRAV stores in the first page. Among the retail giants such as Amazon, Forever21, Victoria Secret, etc. Brav is headed toward multi-million revenue for 2012. Not bad for 18 months or so in the Leggings game.
There is no dilution since Oct'11. There are just a few PRs during 2012 (compared to the last 3 years). I choose to believe the Fins so we're clearly making money - and more important, growing Q after Q.

If I were the CEO, and I'm still in the pink world, where flippers rule; and I'm growing the company, I'm making money, I would let the people choose by themselves. That is, no need to kiss anyone's ass to invest in the business - until I uplist. As I start operating on my own cash flow, my assigned responsibility would be to grow the business, and make it profitable. THAT'S IT ... but that's just me.

So, PPS has been a complete dissapoint?, I agree and it sucks. I feel that pain. I just won't sell one F share to the Kings around here as long as I see fins (with a healthy P&L), and OL/WOL in the first page of Google.

Happy Trading All ...
