Dr Lewis is running a show in a VERY different category and his approach would be highly inappropriate for KBLB.

Dr. Lewis is raising research money. So his approach is geared toward that. (In addition I suspect that it's coming from VC's and/or grants (government and private)rather than sales of stock, so, again, the approach is very different.

KBLB OTOH is currently trying to make deals on a product (light years ahead of anything Dr. Lewis is involved with.) Kim is not trying to pitch to the stock market NOR SHOULD HE BE, IMHO! He is trying to interest companies in using his material in products.

If you prefer companies that spend their energy trying to jack up the SP in the short term, there are plenty of those in the penny stocks and I'd suggest looking somewhere other than KBLB. (But most such companies do that precisely because they don't have the kind of solid foundation that KBLB does. You can't have it both ways.
