What is a first look strategic alliance contract? Let me try to offer an example when it comes to the entertainment industry, then one can logically apply it to RFMK's situation.

In the film industry, it is an agreement between a writer and an independent producer (production company) or an independent producer and a film studio in which the potential buyer (producer or studio) of a not-yet-written script or in-development movie or television project pays a development fee to the writer or producer for the right to have the first look at the new material before others in the industry get to see it, and at that time make an offer to purchase or distribute or adhere to purchase or distribution terms already stated in the agreement

I use this example because Cheryl has direct ties and influence in the entertainment sector when it comes to television media. I would guess she was the one who initially put this on the table in conversations with RFMK. Of course we'll probably never see the exact wording of the contract, but one would be lead to believe that if Cheryl were to market any kind of vaporizer be it through social media, television, or what not, RFMK would have the first option at using her ideas with their own products before Cheryl's ideas were brought to others.

As far as I know, Cheryl Shuman does not have this first look agreement with any other company within the mj sector.
