well take the emotions out "as they justified but do no good" and think about what they can do if they don't file we have a judge in this mess and IMO if they don't file I would think they would have to show some progress or some sort of a attempt to get them done and if they are not I would think they could get a extension if needed and I would think that would show up in a pdf on line some place so that we are not sitting completely in the dark on what is going on like we are most of the time.

but given stratus/proelite looks like they got some $$$ a few months back I would think that they are doing what they need to do to get the stock open to get this thing going and I would think and hope that this wait is almost over and the PRs should start to hit soon and the stock will start to get to that $2.00 by next month (lets hope)
