Found it! As expected there is some little fish trying to make a big splash in a dry pond. Some wannabe stock pump site did a failed newsletter this morning. Their letter had the same rehashed old PRs selectively printed in bits and pieces to fluff up this bloated stock. Yesterdays action was just a prep for today in my opinion. Doesn't look like CETH was directly involved with the payment "by a third party" but we don't know if said third party was paid by CETH. If CETH paid the third party then it would show that they are in need of money and everybody knows that financing via promos is not a good sign.

StockExploder.com was compensated $12,500 by Wall Street Hustler, LLC for a 1 day "Marketing Program"<gag> and of course there was also the disclaimer that they could be selling into the promo.

So, still negative on this one but I can't see the future and could very well be wrong. It's your money. Only you can lose it or make it. Do your DD and don't blink!
