So true.
In a recent post, I referred to the 'trench' we are currently in, in terms of the investment cycle of a developing biotech.
So many understand this, but at the same time appreciate that the company is in fact doing the right things to get us out of this 'trench', but recognizing that it takes time as there are so many negative forces at work to overcome. So patience and continued belief in management and the board, coupled with continuing clinical success, will lead us to an upside breakout by some triggering event, imo. Tis could very well be more major news like The Lancet created, panic covering by the naked shorts or something like the long anticipated cash infused joint venture.
The point is, as others have posted, it WILL happen as events continue to unfold.
We're talking BIG TIME changes in medicine and ACTC is one of the first in the game to eventually go commercial it surely seems.

I continue to believe that once nasdaq machinations are finalized, we move there sooner rather that later. No where have I, or others, been able to find documentation that clearing up any outstanding litigation is a necessary precursor to uplisting. Why the company has already hoisted the white flag and declared what their anticipated loss will be in their SEC accural statement.

We can't afford much more price erosion given the approved RS range and that is why I believe an uplist may be upon us sooner rather than later as some have suggested. The 'back' of the downward spiral must be broken soon and management knows that, imo.
