Simple enough. Then why not let the shareholders know that you are working on paying your debts? If that was the case, why keep it a big secret?

If you (meaning ATRN) gave a rats ass about any shareholders you have, don't you think you would communicate on some level with your shareholders?

All this just isn't adding up to a positive outcome. I don't care where these guys have been before.

Another stock, MCLN, had a great management team that came from ERES. Look where the stock is now...

They missed their filing, have diluted the hell out of investors and are on the verge of being worthless. From a 1.5B company, to absolutely nothing. The past doesn't equal the future and if this legal action that DP is planning takes hold, I really hope these guys get nailed to the wall.
